Rieber & Søn is a focused foods company comprising 9 business units which vary in terms of organisation and production structure, product portfolios and markets. In our reports to the financial market we have divided the business units into three segments which reflect the main markets in which we operate.

Western Europe
Rieber & Søn Norway is the largest of the Group’s business units measured by number of employees, turnover and profitability. It includes brands such as Toro, Mr. Lee, Vossafår and Trondhjems.
Rieber & Søn Denmark comprises the brands Denja, K-Salat and Bähncke, and the Danish business thus manages brands in all three Scandinavian countries.
Rieber & Søn Sweden has the Frödinge brand. The business unit is the market leader in chilled and frozen cakes in Sweden and exports to several countries, including the UK, Finland and Germany.
Rieber & Søn Food Service supplies products and brands from Rieber & Søn adapted to the food service markets in Norway, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Cronions produces and sells frozen onion rings and crispy fried onion in more than 30 countries world-wide.
Rieber & Søn Germany distributes and sells Rieber & Søn’s products mostly in Germany, but also in the Benelux countries. This relates mainly to the products from Cronions, Frödinge and Bähncke, but also some products that have been developed by the business unit itself.
Central Europe
Rieber & Søn Czech Republic has the Vitana brand, among others, and is one of the biggest food producers in the Czech Republic with long traditions. Vitana is the market leader in a number of categories and also has a strong position in Slovakia.
Rieber & Søn Poland’s brands include Delecta which has been producing and selling foods in the Polish market since 1816. Delecta has leading positions in the area of cakes, cake mixes, bakery ingredients desserts.
Russia/Other
Rieber & Søn Russia produces and sells nuts in the Russian market, with Chaka as the dominating brand.
