Facts about Rieber & Søn Group

Rieber & Søn is one of Norway’s leading food groups.

The main markets are the Nordic countries and Central Europe where the Group has considerable market shares.

Around 20 brands are sold by Rieber & Søn’s business units in their home markets, and the Group is also a major exporter and supplier of products to the food service market and other food manufacturers.

Rieber & Søn has production plants in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia, as well as sales offices in Germany and Slovakia.

The Group has a workforce of 3 011, of whom 1 944 are outside Norway.

The Group is organised in nine business units and results are reported for three geographical segments; Western Europe, Central Europe and Russia/others.
